News broadcast

Sometimes it is important to share some important information with all the field users. Avni provides this facility using the News broadcast feature. This feature helps in easy communication with the field users.

Creating a news broadcast

Creating a news broadcast is very simple, follow the below steps.

• Go to the home page of the Avni web app and open the News Broadcast app.

Click on the news broadcast to see all the news set up in the organisation

• Click on "Create a news broadcast".

The new broadcast can be created by clicking on Create a new broadcast

• Provide all the details like image, title, and content and click on "Save news".

• Once the news is saved, we need to publish it so that field users can see it on their device. For publishing the news click on "see details" and click on "Publish news".
• Once the news is published field user can see it on their android app.

After the news is published, the field user can go to "More -> News" to see all the published news. News details can be read by pressing any of the news card.
