How To Guide: Installing Avni Field App and Basic Set-Up on your Mobile Phone

Avni Field App (Mobile), is an Android app designed to be used in the field for data entry and collection. It can work in offline mode and can sync data whenever it has internet connectivity. One can install the field app easily from the Google Play Store.

Step 1: Install the Avni app from Google Play Store

1. Go to the Google Play Store on your mobile device
2. Type Avni on the search bar
3. Click on Install to download the app

Step 2: LOGIN

1. LOGIN to the app by entering your User ID and Password
2. Click on the LOGIN button

Note: The User ID and Password is sent to the registered mobile number via SMS once the user is created in Avni Web Console

Step 3: Basic Set - Ups

a) Sync

It is important to sync the app whenever an internet connection is available for the new data to get stored and reflect in the app Dashboard. This can be done by clicking on the Sync button at the top right

b) Language:

By clicking on the Edit Settings button at the top, you can select the language in which you want to see the app content. The default language selected is English

c) Change Password:

If you wish to change your password, you can do so, by clicking on the Change Password button and entering the new password details.
